Join us for a relaxed and creative two-hour workshop where you'll enjoy an exclusive tour of the flower farm, followed by a private pick-your-own experience. Wander through our flower field and hand-select your favourite seasonal blooms before learning the art of creating a stunning spiral hand-tied bouquet.
With friendly guidance, you'll discover professional floristry techniques and leave with a beautiful bouquet made entirely from flowers you've chosen yourself.
Throughout the morning, enjoy delicious cake and refreshments while soaking up the peaceful atmosphere of the farm.

Flowers & Yoga Workshop
If yoga and flowers sound like your perfect Sunday morning, this workshop is for you.
Join us for a relaxing three-hour experience at Wild & Welsh Flower Farm, combining movement, creativity and beautiful seasonal blooms. You'll enjoy an exclusive tour of the flower farm, a private pick-your-own session, a seasonal hand-tied bouquet workshop and an outdoor yoga class surrounded by nature.
Slow down, connect with the countryside and spend a peaceful morning gathering flowers, practising yoga and creating your own beautiful bouquet to take home.
Throughout the workshop, you'll also enjoy delicious homemade cake and refreshments while soaking up the tranquil atmosphere of the farm.

Who is the workshop suitable for?
This workshop is perfect for anyone who loves flowers, nature and yoga. No previous floristry or yoga experience is required, and beginners are very welcome.
I've not practised yoga before, is this workshop still for me?
Yes! Even if you've not practised yoga, this workshop is still for you. Not only can you, of course, still enjoy the experience with the flowers but the yoga practice will provide adaptations for different experience and ability levels, with the flow being slow and steady, incorporating many relaxing postures low to the ground.

What should I bring?
Please bring:
A yoga mat
Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement
A bottle of water
A bucket or container to transport your bouquet home safely
What happens if it rains?
Both the yoga session and bouquet workshop are planned to take place outdoors. If severe weather is forecast, the workshop will be postponed to our reserve date of Sunday 2 August 2026.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, or if the reserve date is also cancelled due to poor weather, you will receive a full refund.

Join us this festive season for a creative and eco-conscious Christmas Wreath Workshop at the cosy and welcoming Gwaelod-y-Garth Inn.
In this hands-on session, you’ll create your own beautiful wreath using seasonal foliage and dried flowers—all lovingly grown and gathered on our flower farm. From rich winter greenery to delicately preserved blooms, every element tells the story of our land and the season.
Your wreath will be fully sustainable and compostable, crafted on a hand-woven willow base, with willow grown and harvested right here on our farm—an earth-friendly alternative to traditional plastic or wire frames.

The flowers are back!
We’re excited to share that the dahlias are back and blooming, and we’ll be opening our gates for the last Pick Your Own Flowers event of the year this Saturday 6th September from 10am to 12pm.
How it Works
Choose from two options:
Jam Jar – £10
Bucket – £20
Once you've chosen your floral holder , we’ll provide you with some snips and set you free to wander the garden and pick your own selection of seasonal flowers.
Reserve Your Spot
To help manage traffic on our country road, we kindly ask that you reserve a free ticket via Eventbrite and select your preferred time slot. If you are unable to make it please cancel your ticket via EventBrite to allow someone else to take your spot as tickets are very limited.
Payment for your jar or bucket will be taken on the day — cash or card accepted.

Wild & Welsh Flower Farm is located just off Efail Isaf road between Efail Isaf and Pentyrch. The field is 1 minute outside Efail Isaf and located on your right if you are coming from Cardiff or on your left if you are coming from Efail Isaf. You are looking for a gate which is up a bumpy entrance track, and there will be signage when you get to the entrance. The link below brings you right to the entrance.
