After a sell-out event last year, I am delighted to share that this Christmas we’ll be returning to the award-winning Gwaelod-y-Garth Inn to host not one, but two Sustainable Christmas Wreath Workshops!
Join us for a relaxed and festive hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own beautiful Christmas wreath using seasonal foliage and dried flowers, all lovingly grown and gathered here at Wild & Welsh Flower Farm.
From rich winter greenery to delicately preserved blooms, every element is chosen to celebrate the beauty of the season and the land where it was grown.
Your wreath will be plastic-free and compostable, made on a hand-woven willow base using willow that has been grown, harvested and prepared right here on our farm. It’s a beautiful, earth-friendly alternative to traditional plastic or wire wreath frames, and means you can enjoy your wreath knowing it has been made with sustainability at its heart.
We’ll provide everything you need to create your wreath, along with a glass of mulled wine and a festive mince pie to enjoy as you work.
Whether you’re joining us with friends, looking for a festive afternoon out, or simply taking some time for yourself, this is the perfect way to slow down, get creative and embrace the season.
You’ll leave with a beautiful handmade Christmas wreath, ready to adorn your door, and a little more festive spirit to take home with you.
